Management Team

Tim Meade has proven himself as a true entrepreneur over the past 20 years as he designed and created both large and small companies in the software industry . Tim's career path began during his service in the United States Air Force well before he started Millicorp. During his time in in the Air Force he worked as a nuclear weapons technician with air launched cruise missiles. It was there he learned the importance to details and his expertise in timing. Tim was the software developer of Multi-Platform PKZIP data compression software and the exclusive global reseller for WinZIP which led him to start and serve as President and CEO of Ascent Solutions Inc. Ascent Solutions (ASI) quickly rose to a position of honor as the highest listed company in Ohio on the exclusive list and earned the coveted INC 500 award twice. Tim proudly attended the Ohio State University where he studied Aeronautical Engineering and the new field of Computer Science. For reasons beyond his control he left Ohio State and finalized his degree in the Air Force where he graduated summa cum laude near the top of his class from Park College with a bachelor of Science degree in computer science.

Duane Dyar has worked and advanced in various cross-functional management roles for the last 15 years with responsibilities that include help desk management, product development/engineering management, P/L responsibility in customer service, operations management including internal IT operations, web development and facility management. Duane most recently worked in a sales support role at PKWARE, Inc. working with Fortune 1000 organizations in the financial services and health care industry verticals as well as handling federal, state, and local government entities. Prior to that Duane Dyar was instrumental as a senior manager in the growth of Ascent Solutions, Inc., a software development company that was acquired by PKWARE, Inc.

Duane has a BA from the University of Dayton and a Masters degree from the University of Phoenix with an emphasis on technology management.

Donovan Osborne started her education at the University of California at Santa Barbara studying communications and business and finished her studies at the University of Cincinnati. Donovan earned placement on the Dean's list each quarter and completed her academic career at the University of Cincinnati. Donovan began her professional career by successfully starting and operating Personal Touch Personalized Answering Systems, a boutique answering service which catered to small businesses and it soon became the largest in the Middletown/Cincinnati Ohio area. In 2000 Donovan sold Personal Touch and entered the world of radio by developing and hosting an informative talk show called "Woman on the Street" interviewing the public about current issues. Hosting afternoon news segments on a Cincinnati, Ohio radio station led Donovan to be the commercial radio voice for several national companies. She also worked as a marketing specialist for National Public Radio (NPR) before joining the Millicorp team.

With over ten years of software experience, Joe brings a high level of technical and process skills to Millicorp and is currently the lead engineer on Millicorp mobile applications. Prior to joining Millicorp, he was a Senior Consultant at a management consulting firm, serving clients in roles of Agile Coach, Software Developer, Quality Assurance Management and Business Process Engineer. Joe has previously played key roles at bootstrapped startups and has managed cross-functional teams building software solutions at the University of Virginia. Joe holds a BS in Computer Science from James Madison University and an MS in Management of IT from the University of Virginia.
